Forty Acres Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans including Aetna, most Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, Cigna, CVS/Caremark, Express Scripts, Humana, OptumRx (United Healthcare), Tricare and many more. Notable exceptions include Scott & White, Kaiser Permanente and Medicaid.

If your insurance plan requires a copay, payment is due at the time the prescription is picked up.

Please note: Many insurance companies provide a special card for pharmacy use. If you are bringing in an insurance card, please make sure it has the following information: RxBIN, RxPCN, ID#, Group#.

If your card doesn't have this information, it may be just for your medical coverage. You should have a separate card for your pharmacy benefits that includes those fields.
